Precision-built
Our powder-coated finishes are applied through a four-stage, cabinet-style spray process for superior adhesion and long-lasting protection.
Stage 1 – Cleaning
Parts are cleaned in an alkaline wash system to remove dust, oil, grease, or other contaminants.
Stage 2 – Seal Coat Application
A chrome-free and non-phosphate seal coat (E-CLPS) is applied to enhance adhesion and provide under film protection.
Stage 3 – Powder Application
The powder is electrostatically applied using manual spray guns.
Stage 4 – Curing
Components are baked at 400°F for superior adhesion and consistent thickness (approx. 2–4 mils). The polyester TGIC material is UV-resistant and will not peel, flake, or blister.
